Go to bus stop number 9 in the bus rotary outside the western entrance to Yokohama Station. Board a Sotetsu bus in the "Hama 11 system" destined for "Kamadai jutaku daisan" or "Kamadai keiyu kamihoshikawa-eki" and get off at "Hijirigaoka" (near the university's north gate). The bus ride takes 15 to 20 minutes (depending on traffic conditions).
