Spine B: Bashamichi--Kannai Station--Isezakicho

Spine B is divided by transportation infrastructure such as a railway; the group proposed reconstructing the environment as an integrated urban spine by building a plaza that encourages people to linger at the intersection of the infrastructure and the spine.
