Team C: "Gear"
The establishment of
a strategic center for the "timescape" that utilizes the surrounding
context and is located between the new and old urban districts. The program and space are likened to
gears. Taichung as a whole is
imagined as being driven by a number of gears of different sizes and rates of
rotation.
