Team D: "Motorbike"
The motorbike is the
typical means of movement in Taichung.
This provided the hint for the formation of a distinctive urban
structure. A flexible Taiwan-type
city plan is proposed, one that is different from Japanese city plans which are
based mainly on planned roads and utilizes the mobility of motorbikes.
