Team E: "MRT"
A proposal to
connect the two urban districts three-dimensionally by means of the mass rapid
transit (MRT) being planned between the districts seven to eight years from
now. This will add variety to the
sense of speed that now prevails in Taichung and that is based on automobiles
and motorbikes; it will reinforce the distinctive character of the city.
